Kenyan police have arrested Mohammed Alfayo pictured above who took to his Facebook page to share a photo of a girl said to be 10 years old , whom he claimed he had s * x with.
Mohammed who bragged that he is a s * x addict , is currently now in police custody. Police say he would undergo mental examination to determine the level of his sanity .
